Questions to microsoft visual C ++ 2005 Redistributable and so on

Hello everyone,        

I installed some airports that put such anyone here into my C drive: Microsoft C ++ 2005 Redistributable althoughI have installed it on my D drive. And now I can not instalere rest of minne other flight simulator prudukter because of my C drive is full. Can I delete the Microsoft C ++ 2005 redistributable without something happens to the airport. I have microsoft virsual C ++ 2013 Redistributable (x64) and (x86)I have also windows 8.1,hope you can help me?
